Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or other circumstances that may prevent the order from being properly fulfilled.

Original Artwork and Copyright

The buyer owns the original artwork after purchase. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. The artwork or its image may not be reproduced or used commercially without the artist's prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for loss, damage, delay, or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, or for any indirect or consequential loss, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute arising from a purchase shall, where permitted by applicable law, be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws applicable to the buyer.
