Returns and refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition, exactly as received, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, a refund of the purchase price will be issued if the item is found to be in its original condition. If the artwork shows any signs of damage, wear, or alteration upon return, it will be considered no longer in its original condition and unsuitable for resale. The buyer will be responsible for the resulting complete loss of value.
Each painting is finished with a final glaze, beneath which no further corrections or alterations can be made without affecting the original artwork.
